- Rates do NOT include meals, airport transfers, or the traditional welcome flower lei; these are available upon request at an additional cost
- Late check-out: 50% of the agreed rate until 08:00 pm
- Check-in time: 02:00 pm – Check-out time: 10:00 am
- No-show (failure to arrive) will incur a 100% charge of accommodation and all booked services
- Pets are not allowed
- All rooms and common areas are non-smoking. In accordance with Chile’s Tobacco Law No. 20,660, violations will incur a fine starting from USD 300
- All guests must present valid identification upon arrival
- Any additional guest not declared at the time of booking must pay an extra charge per night

- Children aged 2 years or younger stay free of charge (does not include meals or extra services)
- Children aged 3 to 6 stay at 50% of the nightly rate
- Maximum of 1 child stays free per room, accompanied by at least 1 responsible adult (does not include special meals)
